ANANTA platforms, versions and system requirements

Four platforms, one date.

Xbox is not one of them, and the system requirements are still unpublished. ANANTA is officially listed for PlayStation 5, PC (Steam), iOS and Android, all carrying the same global date — 2027-01-15. There is no Xbox version in any official platform list. Every store page today offers a wishlist or pre-registration action rather than a purchase, and no minimum or recommended specification has been published by anyone who makes the game.

Platform notes

PlayStation 5

The PS5 listing exists as a PlayStation Store concept page, and it is the one official surface that has not caught up with the announcement: its date field is COMING_SOON with no value and its button says "Release date to be determined." The useful fields on it are the compatibility lines — online play required, 1 network player, in-game purchases optional, PS5 Pro Enhanced — and the publisher name, which the page gives as NETEASE INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT PTE.LTD.

One caution about that page: its compatibility notice also lists a microphone and other entries that are Sony's store boilerplate and have nothing to do with ANANTA. We quote the fields that mean something for this game and do not repeat the block wholesale. The announced date itself is set out on ANANTA release date.

PC — Steam

The PC release is a Steam release. Two things worth knowing if you are deciding today:

- It is free to play. Steam files it under Free To Play and the store page shows no price.
- The requirements fields are half-empty. The store's minimum and recommended blocks both currently read OS: Windows 10/11 64-bit or later, with the processor and graphics lines left unfilled.
- Single-player is the only gameplay category listed. That is the store's own tag set, not a statement that multiplayer will never exist — see the answer on the home page's quick answers instead.
- 16 interface languages, with full audio in English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Korean only. Subtitles cover all 16, including Arabic, Thai, Vietnamese and European Portuguese; the store lists no Brazilian Portuguese.
- Steam Deck compatibility is not shown. Valve's compatibility block is absent from the page, so there is nothing to quote and no promise to pass on.

iOS — App Store

Apple's own lookup API resolves the app, which lets us publish the fields the store page itself would show: bundle ID com.netease.anantana, seller NETEASE INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD, version string 1.0.4125397, minimum OS 12.0, age rating 12+, languages EN and ZH, download size ≈1.3 GB, and a store release date of 2027-01-15. The listing has no ratings yet, which is what you would expect for a game nobody can download.

We deliberately leave the App Store button unread. In our environment apps.apple.com serves a regionally rewritten page that does not contain this game's data, so we have no verified reading of that button and will not guess it.

Android — Google Play

The Google Play listing is live under package com.netease.anantana, published by Exptional Global (the NetEase publisher account), and it currently offers Add to wishlist rather than an install. It carries the rating Teen with the descriptors Mild Violence, Suggestive Themes and Language, and the note Users Interact, In-Game Purchases (Includes Random Items). The listing was last updated 2026-08-05.

The in-app purchase notice matters for one question people search for, and we cover it in the free-to-play answer on the home page: the store labels say randomised paid items exist, while the developer says characters are obtained by playing. Both statements are real; they apply to different things.

Android device requirements have not been published. The listing's data-safety section says the app may collect location, personal information and six other data types, and that data is encrypted in transit — that is NetEase's disclosure for the game, not something this site does.

Xbox — never announced

There is no Xbox version. Xbox appears in none of the official surfaces: not in the official site's platform icons, not in the Steam platform field (Windows only), not on the PlayStation Store, and not on either mobile store. This is a never-announced answer rather than a delayed one — nothing has been announced and then pulled. If NetEase announces an Xbox version, this row and the home page answer both change on the same day.

System requirements — not published yet

The Steam configuration fields are still placeholders and NetEase has published no minimum or recommended specification. Community posts and third-party benchmark tables exist; they are not official and we do not present them as the real requirement.

ItemStatusWhat that means for you
Minimum specificationNot publishedCannot be confirmed. Do not buy hardware for ANANTA on the strength of a forum post
Recommended specificationNot publishedSame
Install size (PC)Not publishedNo official figure exists
Windows versionShown in the store's own field: Windows 10/11 64-bit or laterThe one requirements field Steam does fill in
Steam Deck compatibilityNot shown on the store pageValve's compatibility block is absent, so there is nothing to quote
Console and mobile device requirementsNot publishedNo official figure exists

We will publish a requirements table the day NetEase publishes one, sourced from their page, with the date we read it. Until then this section stays a status table rather than a guessed one.
